This service is operated by Happy Friday Pty Ltd (ABN 39 670 080 109). Zuno is a registered trade mark and is licensed for use in Australia under Trade mark 2601833.
If you do not follow this policy, we may restrict, suspend or end your access to the service, subject to any rights you have under Australian law.
1. General rule
- You must use the service lawfully, reasonably and in a way that does not interfere with the service, our systems or other users.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account or device, whether or not you personally carried out that activity.
- The examples in this policy are not exhaustive.
2. Restricted use
- You must not access or attempt to access any restricted, hidden, private or unauthorised part of the service.
- You must not bypass, defeat or interfere with login, subscription, permission, role, origin, device or security controls.
- You must not use any feature, page or API in a way that is outside its intended purpose.
3. No disruption
- You must not do anything that disrupts, degrades, damages or attempts to impair the service or our systems.
- You must not interfere with other users' ability to use the service.
- You must not introduce viruses, malware, harmful code, scripts or other material that could harm the service or any person.
4. No scraping or automation without permission
- You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, batch access or automate use of the service unless we have expressly allowed it.
- You must not use bots, scripts, proxies, rotating accounts or similar methods to avoid controls or access limits.
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or probe the service, its code, its logic or its security features.
5. Content and uploads
- You must only upload, submit or share content that you have the right to use and share.
- You must not upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing or otherwise inappropriate for the service.
- You must not upload files that contain malicious code, hidden payloads or other harmful material.
6. Fair use and platform protection
- We may intentionally rate limit, throttle, queue, delay, block or reject requests, uploads or feature use to protect the service and its users.
- We may use these controls to prevent downtime, reduce abuse, manage load, improve fairness and maintain reliability.
- You must not try to work around these controls by changing accounts, IP addresses, devices, sessions, headers or request patterns.
7. Account and support conduct
- You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent who you are or use the service to deceive us or other users.
- You must not use support channels, feedback forms or messaging tools to send false, repeated or disruptive requests.
- You must not use someone else's account, access token or device unless you are authorised to do so.
8. Zuno AI, Chat Meal Creator and food safety
- Zuno AI uses artificial intelligence. You must not use it in a way that could endanger yourself or others.
- You must provide accurate information when describing allergies, intolerances, dietary needs or other restrictions relevant to meal planning.
- You must independently verify that any AI-generated or AI-assisted recipe is food safe before you prepare, cook, store, reheat or serve it.
- You must not represent AI-generated recipes as professionally verified, medically approved, allergen-free or guaranteed food safe.
- You must not use the service to create, share or promote recipes you know or ought reasonably to know are unsafe, unlawful or likely to cause harm.

9. Third-party rights
- You must not use the service in a way that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of us or any third party.
- You must not use the service to facilitate unlawful activity or to breach any applicable law.
10. Enforcement
- We may warn you, limit features, suspend access, revoke access or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached this policy or our Terms and Conditions.
- We may preserve logs, audit records and other evidence relating to suspected misuse, abuse or security incidents.
